Horrible Service!!! Took two hours to deliver even after having to call in. Food was cold

Ordered delivery and didn't even get it. 35 minutes after the order we call and are told "it'll be 45 minutes, wait." 10 minutes later we get a call asking for our address (which we already put in online, by the way) and then are told it's too far away so they just didn't make it. The limit is 3.5 miles and, if check on google maps, we are 3.4 miles away. We are even in the little circle they have for their delivery zone on the website. It'd be one thing if we were too far away and just couldn't order because of it, whatever... but we are within range, the website let us order, and we aren't told we can't get food until 45 minutes after we order?

Egg Roll was a bit lukewarm. Chicken Wings were ok but they were pretty small, usually they are a bit bigger than what I got.

I was expecting it to take almost and hour and my food was there in about 35 minutes! I was very happy.

This place is DA BOMB! I like their beef and shrimp fried rice. I always ask for less oil and no carrots and they have no problems accommodating to what I want. Also, the flavor is very good. I really like it and would recommend it.

I'm used to much better quality than this. My sesame chicken was dry and rubbery. Not the kind of food I'm used to getting from here.

Very good food. Both my brother and I feasted on this stuff until about 1 a.m. My stomach didn't even hurt and I didn't have to run to the bathroom once. GOOD JOB RICE KITCHEN! I LOVE YOU ALL! EXCEPT FRED, BECAUSE HE LIKES WALRUS TUSKS!

This place always takes a long time to deliver, which I don't mind really. But when they brought me emy food today I was missing some of the items that I had ordered.
